HTF asymmetric ceramic membrane filter tube is a filter element in high temperature gas-solid separation device. It is uniformly coated with a N-layer fine filter membrane on the porous ceramics support surface, while the support layer, the transition layer and the film layer are asymmetrically distributed. The film layer has two kinds of fiber diaphragm (Sic/Al2O3 gray) and particle membranes (3Al2O3*2Sio2), and is sintered at high temperature.
Features: The filter membrane tube not only ensures high filtration accuracy, but also has the outstanding advantages of small filtration assistance and easy backwash cleaning and regeneration. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure process system.
