Filtration principle
The filtration mode of the ceramic flat membrane is external inlet and internal suction filtration. Vertical water collecting pipes are arranged inside the ceramic flat membrane, and horizontal water collecting pipes are arranged at both ends of the longitudinal direction. One end of the water collecting horizontal pipe mouth is connected with a suction pump. Under the suction action of the pump, raw water enters from the surfaces on both sides of the ceramic flat membrane, and pollutants such as suspended substances and impurities in the water are intercepted by the ceramic flat membrane to achieve the separation effect. The filtered purified water is collected through the water collecting vertical pipe and the water collecting horizontal pipes at both ends of the membrane plate and pumped out by the suction pump.
