The research results of the National 863 project "High temperature ceramic membrane filter tube" have passed the expert appraisal

"High temperature ceramic membrane filter tube" of the National High-tech Research and Development Program (Project 863) jointly developed by Jiangsu Province Yixing Nonmetallic Chemical Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., Tsinghua University, Hainan University, and China University of Petroleum, It was successfully developed in Jiangsu Province Yixing Nonmetallic Chemical Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. in 2010, and with the strong support and assistance of well-known enterprises in the domestic chemical industry, it was successfully applied to the company's Shell coal gasification production unit. The ceramic filter pipe has been continuously and stably, and its filtration accuracy and filtered gas flow rate and other technical properties have met the company's production process requirements. 

On August 8, 2011, the appraisal committee composed of nine well-known domestic experts led by Wu Yicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, conducted the appraisal of the national 863 project at Yixing Nonmetallic Chemical Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province. The members of the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that through on-site inspection of the ceramic filter pipe demonstration production line, review relevant materials, and listen to project work and technical reports 

The use of domestic raw materials has successfully developed a 1500mm large-size SiC asymmetric ceramic filter tube, and achieved large-scale production, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products in terms of length, working temperature, porosity, export dust concentration and separation efficiency, filling our country's product gap in this field and breaking the monopoly position of foreign products. The research results have generally reached the advanced level.
