On the basis of absorbing the advantages of airflow crushers at home and abroad, combined with the company's more than 60 years of production of engineering ceramics and more than 40 years of production of ceramic airflow grinder technology and experience, after years of research and development, GTMS series of large-scale high-temperature and wear-resistant double-jet ceramic airflow grinders have been developed, filling the domestic gap, in April and December 2015 in Shandong and Guangdong two titanium companies respectively to install and commission successfully, and have been running stably on the job. The machine has high quality, high yield, high efficiency and low consumption, stable operation, and excellent cost performance, and its comprehensive performance parameters and wear resistance are better than similar foreign product indicators. It is the preferred equipment for the majority of titanium dioxide and other micropowder production enterprises.

Performance characteristics:
1. High single machine capacity: only 2 nozzles, can carry out two-stage crushing at the same time, the maximum capacity of GTMS-107B type can reach 4t/h; The maximum production capacity of GTMS-127 can reach 5t/h;
2. Good crushing effect: the ceramic lining is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and non-polluting products, and the finished crushed rutile titanium dioxide has uniform particle size distribution and stable quality;
3. Long service life: the whole machine is used for more than 10 years, the nozzle and discharge port grading ring are used for more than three years, and the ceramic lining can grind more than 15,000 tons;
4. More convenient maintenance: large-scale combined ceramic lining structure, installation and maintenance are more convenient and time-saving;
5. Low operating cost: the lowest operating pressure is 1.0MPa, the lowest crushing vapor-solid ratio is 1.1, and the comprehensive operating cost is reduced by 30%~50%;
