1. Overview:
The HTB-ZK6.5/55 type corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pressure filter pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is designed based on the technology of our company's HTB-ZK series mortar pump and combined with the actual working conditions of the pressure filter machine.
All the flow parts of the pump are made of special ceramics or special engineering plastics through mold pressing, which not only has good wear resistance but also has good corrosion resistance, and can withstand strong corrosive media such as chloride ions; in view of the actual working conditions of the pressure filter machine, the pump has strengthened the negative pressure plugging ability in hydraulic design; the pump also adopts our company's newly developed Y4 type fully enclosed hard-to-hard mechanical seal. This seal is not only more reliable and has a longer service life, but also, since it adopts a fully enclosed sealed cooling structure, it will not produce acid mist like ordinary mechanical seals during operation, thus protecting the environment from corrosion.
Therefore, the pump is especially suitable for working positions with granular corrosive media and is suitable for use on pressure filter machines with high solid content. The pump, with its excellent performance, is gradually replacing screw pumps and is becoming the product of choice for pressure filter processes in industries such as wastewater treatment.
