HTB--Water-ring Acid-resistant Ceramic Vacuum Pump, the pump body is made of engineering ceramics and a variety of non-metallic materials optimized for the parts in contact with the liquid ring and gas, suitable for drawing corrosive gases. The medium that forms the working water ring in the pump can be clear water without suspended particles, or various organic or inorganic acids (except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated alkali) without suspended particles or crystallization and do not react with the gas to be drawn.
2.Performance Summary Two types of structures are used: single-acting and double-acting radial suction and exhaust. It has a large air volume, high efficiency, and stable operation. The mechanical seal is used for the shaft seal, which is tight and reliable. Vacuum degree: -86~-93kPa; Discharge volume: 3~30m3/min3.
