1, Summary

  HTB-GM series of high temperature resistant corrosion and wear ceramic pumps belong to single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The pump body and pump cover are made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, and wear-resistant ceramics, and are equipped with cast iron armor. The impeller is made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, and high-strength engineering ceramics. This pump has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, compact structure, tight shaft seal, no pollution to the medium, convenient installation and maintenance, and reliable use. The application range is very wide. Seal: mechanical seal, dynamic seal. Main technical parameters: operating temperature -20℃~150℃ (temperature difference sudden change less than 50℃), inlet diameter 32mm~150mm, flow rate 5~250m3/h, head within 50m.

2, Purpose

  Conveying corrosion-resistant, abrasive high-temperature media containing suspended particles. Mainly used in various chemical industries, non-ferrous metal smelting (gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, cobalt, nickel, etc.), black metal (steel pickling, manganese industry), rare earth, rare metal, pesticide, phosphorus fertilizer, inorganic salt, paper making, desulfurization environmental protection, wastewater treatment and other industries; various corrosive ore slurries in the smelting industry; dilute acid, mother liquor, wastewater, seawater, phosphoric acid slurry in the phosphate fertilizer industry; non-ferrous metal smelting industry: especially suitable for various acids, corrosive ore slurries, slurry (filter press) electrolyte, wastewater, etc. medium conveying in wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth, etc.; chemical and other enterprises: various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, oil clear liquid or slurry post; steel enterprises: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid post in pickling system, wastewater with impurities.
