1, Product Introduction
HTB-Ⅲ Corrosion-resistant Engineering Plastic Pump, which is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The flow parts are generally made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is the new generation of pump用 corrosion and wear-resistant engineering plastics in the international community. Its outstanding advantages are that it has excellent wear resistance among all plastics, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking), and very good corrosion resistance. The application range is very wide. This pump is compact in structure, has a tight shaft seal, is easy to install and maintain, and is reliable to use.
2, Performance Summary
Seal: Non-standard mechanical seal or dynamic seal.
Applicable medium: Concentration below 75% sulfuric acid, below 50% nitric acid, various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, without solid particles, and will not quickly solidify.
Main technical parameters: Working temperature -20℃~90℃ (for special requirements, using other materials, it can be increased to 120℃), inlet diameter 32mm~100mm, flow rate 5~100m3/h, head within 50m.
3, Application Range
Phosphorus fertilizer industry, sulfuric acid industry, environmental protection sewage, industrial wastewater treatment, etc. for the circulation and transportation of dilute acid, hydrochloric acid, and dilute nitric acid.
